MEYER MANSION SINGAPORE LAUNCH
Another new condominium with sea views could be coming up soon, in the Meyer Road area. Meyer Mansion condo will replace the former Casa Meyfort along this stretch of the East Coast of Singapore. It will be developed by GuocoLand, one of the top local developers, well known for their high end projects like Wallich Residence and Leedon Residence.
Like Amber Sea, this is a freehold project in an upmarket location. Unlike H2O Residence which is targeted at the mass market segment, Meyer Mansion Guocoland will be positioned as premium development targeted towards the high net worth clientele.
Pricing-wise, new freehold developments are looking at the $2,500 PSF average price range. The Meyer Mansion prices will like be in this bracket, of around $2,400 to $2,800 PSF, which is nicely between those at the central areas of Orchard Road, and the $2,000 PSF average for those around Bartley.
