LIV CONDO BY BUKIT SEMBAWANG ESTATES
If you are looking for a private condominium with water views like what H2O Residences has, then you might want to consider Liv condo at Mountbatten. Both are developed by the same developer group, CDL and Hong Leong. However, there are also plenty of differences between them.
Unlike H2O Residences that is a mass market project in a heartland town, the Liv condo showflat will showcase a luxury high end development, in the East Coast enclave of District 15. That is one of the top residential areas. Moreover it holds the much coveted freehold tenure, and is within 4 minutes walk from the upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast line that is currently under construction.
But the real main difference and what sets Liv at Mountbatten apart, is that all its south-facing units will get sea views. Not just any sea view, but unblocked panoramic views all the way past East Coast Park to the sea and horizon.
CDL will be looking to looking to open the Liv condo showflat soon, probably in the 2nd Quarter of 2022. It is located off-site, in the Telok Kurau area, to allow construction to proceed on the actual site.
